OFFICIAL MOBILE APP

Official JK BMS app download for Android and iOS

The official JKBMS app connects to a JKBMS smart BMS over Bluetooth. Use it to read live cell data, watch active balancing, and change protection parameters on models that support it.

Download the app

The app is free and published under the JIKONG BMS name in both stores. The store listing remains the preferred installation path because updates and permissions are managed by the phone platform. An independently hosted Android archive is available below when Google Play is unavailable.

RequirementDetail
AndroidAndroid 7 or later
iOSPublished on the Apple App Store
ConnectionBluetooth, direct to the BMS
CostFree

There is no desktop version of the mobile app. For a computer, use the JK BMS Monitor PC software over a USB to RS485 adapter instead.

What the app can do

  • Read live cell voltages, pack voltage, current, temperature and state of charge
  • Watch active balancing work cell by cell
  • Review protection events and current BMS status
  • Change protection parameters on models that support it
  • Turn the balancing function on or off
Bluetooth is not on every model

Bluetooth is a standard option on many models but not on every one. Check the communication row on the product page or in the manual for your exact model before relying on app connectivity.

Archived Android APK downloads

Download current and legacy Android APK versions below. Confirm the app branch required by your BMS before installation.

Use an archived APK only when the store installation is unavailable

Android may require permission to install an app from the browser. Verify the published SHA-256 value, scan the file with your security software, and confirm the app branch required by your BMS. Installing an older phone app does not downgrade or update BMS firmware.

Latest JK BMS app version and APK safety

Google Play and the Apple App Store deliver the latest version available for the phone, account, and region. The store listing may use the JIKONG BMS publisher name while supporting compatible JK BMS and JKBMS products.

Avoid unrelated third-party APK mirrors. Use the store links above or the checksum-published JKBMS archive on this page, then confirm the BMS model, hardware revision, firmware, and Bluetooth support before changing a protection value.

Connect the app to your BMS

  1. Install the app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Power the BMS and keep the phone within Bluetooth range of the board.
  3. Enable Bluetooth and, on Android, grant the location permission the system requires for Bluetooth scanning.
  4. Open the app and select your BMS from the device list.
  5. Check the Bluetooth status LED on the board: solid means connected, flashing means not connected.

If the board does not appear, confirm the BMS is powered, move the phone closer, and check that no other phone already holds the Bluetooth connection. A BMS accepts one app connection at a time.

Protection parameters the app can change

The parameter setting page exposes the pack's protection thresholds. These are the settings that decide when the BMS cuts charge or discharge, so they follow the cells and the system design, not preference.

  • Battery type and default parameter set
  • Single-cell overcharge protection and recovery voltage
  • Charging and discharging overcurrent protection thresholds
  • Charging low-temperature protection and recovery
  • Charging and discharging over-temperature protection and recovery
  • Short-circuit protection delay and recovery time
  • Balance trigger voltage difference, in millivolts
  • Balancing switch, on or off, from the BMS control page
Confirm the values against your cells before changing anything

Raising an overcharge threshold or disabling a protection can damage cells or create a fire risk. Use the default parameter set for your battery type as the starting point, and check the manual for your exact model in the downloads library before adjusting a value.

Unavailable store listings and compatibility help

If Google Play is unavailable in your region, use the archive above instead of an arbitrary mirror. If a recent app update no longer connects, send JKBMS support the phone model, operating system, current app version and BMS label so the team can confirm the correct app branch. Do not downgrade BMS firmware to solve a phone-app problem.

The phone app and board firmware have separate version numbers. Use the model-specific JK-PB firmware library only when an update is approved for the hardware.

Need monitoring without staying near the battery?

The Bluetooth app needs a local connection. The JKBMS WiFi remote monitoring module adds local browser access and supported cloud monitoring through compatible TTL or RS485 connections. Confirm the BMS port and protocol before ordering; it is not a universal Bluetooth range extender.

Browse displays, monitoring modules and interface accessories, or find a compatible communication cable.
